REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG with the order or if the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED (this includes ALL rings, anything in custom size options, and all items with initials) items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. All lead times are indicated in the product descriptions--as long as an item is delivered within this given lead time, we will not refund payment/cancel an order. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact info@luisaalexander.com BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise discussed via email.
REPAIRS AND RESIZING
We are happy to repair an item, at no charge to you, within the first 180 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 180 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $40, plus shipping.
Many of our rings can be resized, pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style and typically starts at $70. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler.
